By accessing, browsing, downloading, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your access to the Service immediately.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into these binding terms.

3. Weather Information Disclaimer

All weather information, current temperature observations, hourly forecast tracks, multi-day predictions, atmospheric statistics, and meteorological charts displayed across the Service are provided strictly for general informational, planning, and educational purposes.

The Service is an independent digital weather publisher and is not an official national meteorological office, emergency management authority, or government weather forecasting body.

4. Forecast Accuracy and Availability

Meteorological science is inherently subject to atmospheric complexity, chaos theory, and sudden environmental changes. While we utilize state-of-the-art numerical prediction models provided by Open-Meteo and global national meteorological agencies, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the absolute precision, completeness, timeliness, or future reliability of any forecast, temperature value, or precipitation reading.

5. Safety-Critical Use Disclaimer — DO NOT RELY FOR LIFE SAFETY The Service must never be utilized as the primary, sole, or definitive basis for safety-critical, life-safety, aviation, maritime navigation, mountaineering, or emergency evacuation decisions. In any situation where severe weather poses a risk to human life, personal safety, maritime vessels, aircraft, or substantial property, you must consult official national authorities (such as the US National Weather Service, UK Met Office, Météo-France, AEMET, DWD, or your local national civil protection agency).

6. Intellectual Property

The visual layout, design system ("Aether"), graphics, software code, databases, documentation, and digital assets comprising the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of AKS Tools and its licensors, protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Attributed meteorological numerical outputs are utilized in accordance with Open-Meteo CC BY 4.0 licensing.

7. Acceptable Use

You may access our website and install our mobile applications for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to full compliance with these Terms.

8. Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree that you will not:

  • Scrape, systematically harvest, extract, or crawl forecast data, city indices, or platform pages using automated bots, spiders, or scrapers without express written permission.
  • Conduct denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, flood requests, or intentionally overwhelm our server infrastructure.
  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any binary or script related to our mobile applications or web platforms.
  • Circumvent or tamper with rate limits, CSRF defenses, or security middleware.
  • Misrepresent the origin of weather data or republish forecasts claiming official governmental certification.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may link to third-party websites, external meteorological organizations, or store distribution platforms (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party platforms.

10. Advertising

Advertisements displayed across the Service (such as via Google AdSense) are clearly demarcated. We are not responsible for the claims, goods, or services offered by third-party advertisers. Your dealings with advertisers encountered via the Service are solely between you and the respective third party.

11. Application Stores

If you download our mobile applications via Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

  • These Terms are concluded solely between you and AKS Tools, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
  • Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish maintenance or support services with respect to the applications.
  • In the event of any failure of an application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the relevant store operator in accordance with their refund guidelines.
  • Apple, Google, and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and will have the right to enforce them against you.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or bug-free operation. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend, update, or discontinue any feature, route, or forecast feed for scheduled maintenance, security upgrades, or provider disruptions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AKS Tools, its founders, affiliates, employees, and data partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, business interruption, or personal property loss resulting from:

  • Your access to, use of, or inability to access the Service;
  • Any inaccuracy, delay, or failure in weather forecast calculations or atmospheric alerts;
  • Decisions made or actions taken in reliance on forecasts presented on the Service.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Your continued use of the Service following revisions signifies your binding agreement to the amended Terms.
